The following terms and conditions apply when you order items on hymness.com.We encourage you to read these terms of service in full before placing an order. WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE
Right of Withdrawal
You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Your purchase is also covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. For more details, see the section on “Returns.”
Placing an Order
Placing an order on our website does not constitute a legally binding agreement. Hymness reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of typographical errors, payment issues, technical problems, supply failures, pricing errors, or oversold products.
We recommend that you save all receipts and order confirmations you receive from us.
Order Confirmation (Receipt)
A binding order confirmation is only sent once the items have been shipped.
You will first receive an automated email confirmation upon submitting your order. This email will list the items you have ordered.
Please note: this is not the binding order confirmation. If you do not receive this email, your order has not gone through.
The sales agreement becomes binding only once you receive an order confirmation from info@hymness.com stating that your order has been shipped.
Upon Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues. Always keep your e-receipt. We do not provide printed receipts, so your online receipt is your proof of purchase. We also have your purchase details in our system, but to verify your order among many customers, we recommend that you save your receipt.
In Denmark, you have a two-year warranty, which means you can contact us if your item shows a fault caused by production. We do not cover misuse, but we can help by referring you to one of our skilled repair partners who can fix the issue.
