Guide to your discount code
How do I enter the discount code?
The discount code is inserted in the same window as the payment, where you enter your payment information.
You get here by pressing the 'GO TO PAYMENT' button. Here you will find a field where you can enter or copy the discount code directly from your newsletter.
If I return an item, will I get the discount back?
If you return an item, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid with your chosen payment method – minus shipping and the discount from the discount code. The discount is a benefit we offer to members of Klub Hymness upon purchase, but it is not refundable upon return.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
You cannot use multiple discount codes on the same order. The system will automatically choose the highest discount code, but not both.

Har du f.eks. din faste medlemsrabat på 10%, og vi i en periode køber 20% på udvalgte produkter vil systemet automatisk trække den højeste rabat fra i kurven.

Din kundeklub mail = din medlemsmail, og medlemsfordele er linket til denne mail.
How long is my discount code valid for?
Your regular discount code from Klub Hymness is valid as long as you are an active recipient of our newsletter.
How to ensure you receive our emails
Can I change my email associated with the newsletter?
Yes, you can easily change your email. At the bottom of all newsletters, you will find a link to 'Update your information'.
I no longer receive the newsletter?
Remember to check your junk or spam folder. If you have not been active for a period of time – i.e. have not opened our newsletters – they may have been marked as spam. Our email system detects inactivity and automatically puts inactive recipients on a pause list. This means that you are still subscribed, but you are not receiving our emails.
Would you like to be reactivated? You can do the following:
- Contact us so we can reactivate you manually.
- Find our email in your spam folder , move it to your inbox, and open it. Then you can click through to the shop to view activity.
