Your first discount code is included in your welcome email. After that, you’ll always find the latest one at the bottom of our newsletters – so keep an eye out, as we update them regularly!

Why isn't my discount code working?
Here are typical problems we experience when using the discount code:
Please note that the discount code changes continuously. Use the code found at the bottom of your newsletter. It is updated. If it still doesn't work, write to us in the chat.

The discount code is associated with the email address you receive the newsletter at. Make sure it is the same email address you use for your order.

Log in to your account with the email you signed up for the newsletter with, and try entering the discount code again.
3:
Double check that the discount code is correct. Remember capital letters. Find your regular discount code in your newsletters. You will find it at the bottom of the last email you received from us.
4:
Contact us if you're still having trouble. You'll get the fastest response via chat. We usually respond pretty quickly here, unless we're packing or helping another customer.
Can I change my email associated with the newsletter?
Yes, you can easily change your email. At the bottom of all newsletters, you will find a link to 'Update your information'.
How do I enter the discount code?
The discount code is inserted in the same window as the payment, where you enter your payment information.
You get here by pressing the 'GO TO PAYMENT' button. Here you will find a field where you can enter or copy the discount code directly from your newsletter.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
You cannot use multiple discount codes on the same order. The system will automatically choose the highest discount code, but not both.
Does the discount code apply to all products?
Your permanent Klub Hymness discount code is valid for all items in the shop. However, it cannot be used on already discounted items, unless otherwise stated in a special campaign for members of the Hymness Universe.
Does the discount code apply to gift cards or special orders?
Yes, the discount code is valid as long as you are a member of Klub Hymness, and can also be used when you pay with a gift card.
Gift cards are equated with other forms of payment such as cards and MobilePay.
If I return an item, will I get the discount back?
If you return an item, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid with your chosen payment method – minus shipping and the discount from the discount code. The discount is a benefit we offer to members of Klub Hymness upon purchase, but it is not refundable upon return.
How long is my discount code valid for?
Your regular discount code from Klub Hymness is valid as long as you are an active recipient of our newsletter.
How to ensure you receive our emails
I no longer receive the newsletter?
Remember to check your junk or spam folder. If you have not been active for a period of time – i.e. have not opened our newsletters – they may have been marked as spam. Our email system detects inactivity and automatically puts inactive recipients on a pause list. This means that you are still subscribed, but you are not receiving our emails.
Would you like to be reactivated? You can do the following:
- Contact us so we can reactivate you manually.
- Find our email in your spam folder , move it to your inbox, and open it. Then you can click through to the shop to view activity.
