When you choose pre-order, you pay when you order. This allows us to ensure production and manufacture the right products, adapted to our customers' preferences and demand. This model helps us reduce waste and promotes a more responsible and targeted production that responds to our customers' needs.

When will I receive my product?

The expected shipping date will be announced as soon as we open the pre-order 'window' - the period during which you have the opportunity to purchase the product with a 25% discount on the original price.
We endeavor to ship the products at the specified time, but delays from external partners may occur, often in the delivery from the factory to our warehouse. However, with production in the EU, it gives us a flexible and fast delivery.
We keep you continuously updated on the status of your order, so you always know when you can expect delivery.
