Terms of service
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Hymness’ Webshop on www.hymness.com (in the following referred to as the Webshop), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with UpNorth Studio ApS, hereinafter referred to as Hymness. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order.
These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place on the Webshop.
www.hymness.com is owned and run by:
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Hymness' email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Webshop, Hymness will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the Webshop you will be given the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order. Hymness reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.
To place an order on the Webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Hymness presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.hymness.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
The prices on hymness.com may vary depending on the country in which your delivery address is located. Please note that the change of country may affect the price/currency and shipping costs, you can only make a purchase in the country where you are registered with your address.
The default currency on www.hymness.com is Euro, but you can make your purchase in danish kroner (DKK) or British pounds (GSP). Shopify sets the currency conversion. The shop converts the prices from default currency (EUR) directly based on Shopify's exchange rate. Customers only pay the price visible see on the shop.
Terms of delivery in Denmark
Hymness ships to the nearest service point/parcel drop-off point, which you choose when you enter your address.
Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery/pickup.

When you shop on hymness.com, you are free to choose to have your goods delivered with either PostNord, GLS or DHL. All items are sent as a package and you have the option to follow your package via track & trace from it is shipped until it is delivered.
If you want to return an item, you can find more information under "Returns”.
If the package is rejected and returned to us
If a package is rejected or not picked up at your chosen service point, it will be returned to us at Hymness. We will refund the purchase price, which reflects the order confirmation received by e-mail. However, we will charge you the full shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Make sure that the package is sent by an insured and traceable mode of transport and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. If the item is shipped with a non-traceable transport and is lost, Hymness will not be responsible and cannot refund the purchase.
We accept only returned items that are unused and in the same condition as when they were sold including the original packaging, label, hangtag, and others, received together with the item(s).
Hymness will refund the price of the item as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the item was returned and received by us. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

We cannot guarantee that the colors in the webshop reflect the colors of the products 100%. Colors can be reflected in different ways depending on display on a mobile, tablet, laptop, etc. But we try our best to give you the best possible real-view we can by adding multiple pictures. We advise you also to check pictures on Instagram and Facebook for even more pictures.
Payment is possible in the currencies listed in the webshop. The default currency in the store is Euro (EUR). You can pay with the following currencies of hymness.com: Danish kroner (DKK) for shipments to Denmark, Euro (EUR) for intra-EU, and Norway and International, British Pounds (GBP) shipments to the UK. Please note that import duties have been added for some non-European countries. This applies, among other things, to the following: countries such as Switzerland, Norway, and the UK. On www.hymness.com, you can pay with the following:

The amount will be deducted from your account when the order is packed and ready to be shipped.
Payment by credit card
You can safely use your payment card with us. Our payment system is PCI certified through our payment solver. We do not charge card fees when we pay by credit card on hymness.com.
How long before my card is booked?
Please note that if you trade in debit cards on hymness.com (Visa, Debit, or Mastercard), an amount will be reserved for your card equal to the total amount of your order when you complete the order. Once your order is packed, the money will be deducted from your card, which will delete the reservation.
If your order is canceled or products are removed from your order before the money is withdrawn, the reservation will remain on your card for 30 days before it is deleted – unless otherwise agreed with your bank.
Save your payment information
When shopping on hymness.com and logging in, you have the option to store your card details in encrypted form, making payment easier in the future. (However, it still requires you to enter the 3 check digits at the back of your debit card for each purchase.) This is selected for the payment itself. If you undo stored card information, you can contact our customer service at any time and we can help you delete it.
For stock sales and various events, you can pay with MobilePay. Please note that this payment method is only available in Denmark.
